Media Services Self-Serve System Orientation
     
  Course Description:  
  This is an orientation course which will introduce Media Services' new "self-serve" system for using media equipment in the classroom. This system was fully operational starting Fall Quarter of 2005. We will provide an overview of the "self-serve" system, instructions on the use of the installed equipment and how to integrate your personal equipment into the system.

  Identifying the location and contents for the in-room Media Stations  
  Playing CDs, DVDs and videocassettes  
  Using MP3 Players and iPods  
  Part One - Presentation File

  Part two:  
  Part Two will offer detailed step-by-step instructions on using laptops with the installed computer projectors. Please feel free to bring your laptop with you if you would like a "dry-run" following the orientation.
